I have 20 years as a PRINCE2 qualified PM and Quality Manager, and firmly believe people have more fun when they are valued and effective.
I focus on good process and delivery to remove waste from projects and businesses.
Having worked in commercial, government and family businesses to deliver what is needed, I’m happy often just supporting others with clear documented process.
I also enjoy a good Quality audit, finding root causes and stepping the risk owners through actions to mitigate them.
